A dynamic Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Team Coach (CTC), Kate brings over 30 years of experience spanning Education, Operations, IT, and Consulting. Renowned for her communication ability and motivational speaking, Kate thrives on delivering ‘aha’ moments to clients.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Information Management from Queen’s University, Belfast, she now resides in the United States.

Anu, Co-Founder of Team KatAnu and President/Founder of Capala Consulting Group, LLC, specializes in Executive coaching and Agile Transformations. As an Enterprise Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer®, she offers education, coaching, and consulting services nationwide. With over 25 years in IT, Anu holds a Master’s in Psychology from Osmania University, India, and an MBA from Bowling Green State University, Ohio.

She establishes internal agile coaching Centers of Excellence and designs coaching programs for evolving leaders.

Dave Sharrock is the visionary behind the consulting company, IncrementOne. For over 20 years, Dave has guided organizational change, process improvement, and product delivery through the use of Lean and Agile methods.
From Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, he has led numerous agile and digital transformations across industries in both the public and private sector throughout North America and Europe.
Dave has been working closely with the Scrum Alliance since 2010, becoming a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) in 2011 and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) in 2013.

Dave Prior, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CSP, CST, has been leading technology projects and teaching individuals and teams how to manage their work for over 20 years. Dave’s approach focuses heavily on finding a better way to help those who are making the journey from a traditional approach (waterfall) over to Agile.
Dave is a Certified Scrum Trainer and he works as the Chief Experience Officer for The Agile Network. He leads CSM, CSPO, and Advanced CSPO classes. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, and has a severe El Rancho Salsa dependency.
