The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®) course is an in-depth two-day immersion into the world of the ScrumMaster role.
The two-day workshop is full of interactive exercises, practical real-life examples, and lively discussion and will equip you with the knowledge required to move past understanding Scrum just as process.
The class explores Agile Facilitation and Agile Coaching and how the ScrumMaster uses these skills to support the team, the Product Owner and the Organization.
Certified Scrum Professional®-Scrum Master (CSP®-SM) is an in-depth two-day immersion into the world of Scrum and the role of a professional Scrum Master.
The class provides a deep dive into Lean Thinking, visual facilitation techniques, remote teams, and more as we examine the relationship of the Scrum Master to the product owner, the team, and the organization.

The class does a deep dive into the role of the Product Owner and how they identify and work with their Stakeholders, facilitate product discovery, test assumptions, and make sure their team builds the right thing in the right order.
The class is a deep dive into your role as a Product Owner and the virtual activities and exercises demonstrate key concepts and let you experience the next level of Scrum.
Certified Scrum Professional®-Product Owner (CSP®-PO) is an in-depth two-day immersion into the world of Scrum and the role of a professional Product Owner.
The class provides a deep dive into Product Strategy. From customer discovery and development to business models and competitive analysis this class explores the role of the Product Owner and how they help launch new teams, work with their stakeholders on planning and forecasting and work with multiple teams on their backlogs.
